I recommend to all upsc aspirants who r planning to join coaching like Drishti and all pls don't go for that..I mean they cost 1 lakh 5000 for only gs and some study materials..nd now you can easily cover your gs from youtube channels like harshit dwivedi,sleepy classes etcif necessary join pw for upsc it is much more economical wid best staff

Functional work of estimate committee is- exmine the CAG report of budget and is is also called continous economy committee whereas
Departmental committee's functional work is- to exmine every respective department's policies nd their work.like agriculture, sc&tech., health etc.....
