Amen, Sir I was saved at a Pentecostal church when I was seven years old. My faith in God was warped due to a close relative molesting me. I forgave him, and asked God to forgive and not judge him because of his psychiatric struggles. I still struggle with life issues, including sugar & food addiction and mental health issues, but our Heavenly Father forgave me for my sins and saved my life twice. May He be glorified!
Amen brother Andrew. The Christian life is an exchanged life. We exchange the life of the 1st Adam, our fallen nature for the new nature of Christ the 2nd Adam. Living in the newness of life despite what our emotions tells us. Now because of the Spirit we can know the difference.
I keep slipping to defining myself by my feelings and circumstances. I have made a commitment to stay in the word. Thank you Papa Andrew and the Entire team of Charis.
I recorded one of Andrews sermons on my voice recorder on my phone and I keep listening to it over and over again and I'm always learning more. Ephesians 4:24 has REVOLUTIONIZED MY LIFE 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Thank you, Andrew! This is one of the most important and relevant series you’ve produced, and I am very grateful for it! May God bless you and your staff for all your work. Keep it coming, we need it.
I’ve listened to Andrew for many years as he was key to me realizing that my “backsliding” didn’t cause me to become “unsaved.” I remember the joy and freedom I found through the revelation of grace that his ministry has been dedicated to teaching. I’ve been a partner, attended conferences, even visited Charis and almost enrolled. Yet I’m troubled by some of the things I’m hearing here in this series. At one point he quoted John Calvin. Is Andrew a Calvinist? I’m certain it is hard to have lived as holy as he has (never even drank coffee!) and to be so immersed in a large ministry and at the same time to believe you are as saved as any other Christian. Is grace no longer grace? I won’t list a bunch of scriptures here. Just remember that Jesus drew in the sinners in need of a Savior and offended the so-called truly Godly people of His day. If you’re hearing a lot of “that a boys!” from todays so-called truly Godly crowd (works) it might be because you’re not teaching the true Gospel. I’m just really troubled by how different this message sounded compared to so much of what Andrew has taught in the past. I am not judging AWM and the incredible work they’ve done, only sharing my concerns over this specific message. Thank you so much for everything AWM does!

The renewing of the mind by reading the word has perplexed me. I know people that have read from Genesis to revelation and they are narcissistic manipulators and have such entitlement it's not even funny.
I'm a bit confused about your definition of Baptism. John baptized people via submersion in water. Jesus was baptized via submersion. I could not find anywhere in the Bible ( when talking to non Baptized Jews or Gentiles) did anyone get baptized with the Holy Spirit without water baptism. Could you point me to the scripture that says you receive the Holy Spirit without water baptism?
@@patrickmba7638 thank you for that reference and you're right, the Holy Spirit was poured out on them, but according to the scripture in Acts 10 and 11 this was done to show the Jewish believers that Gentiles could also be follows of God. . As it was literally against the Jewish law for Peter to associate with Cornelius he wasn't even supposed to be in his house. Having all these witnesses of the Holy Spirit giving the Gentiles the same power as the already baptized Jews open the door for the acceptance of Gentile believers. Peter even states " can anyone keep these people from being baptized with water? And then Cornelius and his family were baptized in water in the name of Jesus. There is nowhere in the New Testament that I could find that talks about baptism with the Holy Spirit that does not include water. I just finished reading his book 'Living in the Balance of Grace & Faith ' and it's awesome it has helped me understand God's grace . But page 187 totally threw me for a loop as his description of how you receive the Holy Spirit does not match anything I've ever read in the New Testament. So, I just wanted to know what scriptures help him make that conclusion. I love his writing I just got his book ' Body, Soul and Spirit! And I'm going to start that tomorrow.
@@julied5162 You're welcome I think the most important consideration is the fact that one can get baptized with the Holy Spirit prior to water baptism ,which I believe is a symbolic expression of what has happened in our spirits when we become one with the Lord,at the new birth. When we are placed or inserted in the vine , so to say. So,whilst being an accepted salvation ritual to announce to the world that one is dead and risen again with Christ, I don't believe not getting baptized in water will prevent anyone from entering into the kingdom.
@@patrickmba7638 I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me. This topic is extremely important to me as I want to lead people to Christ as well and I'm going to do a deeper study to see if there is anyone else outside of Cornelius extraordinary circumstances that were given salvation without a water baptism. I came to a true belief in my 20's and it was through a full submersion water baptism. It's been 30 years now and I'm still learning new things in the Bible. So I want to have a humble heart to see if I missed something about salvation.
@julied5162 Not at all,Julie. As children of God, it should be our delight to share ideas on God's word. An amazing aspect of God's word is how one verse of scripture can minister or mean different things to different people. What are your thoughts on Romans 10:9- 15, regarding how someone gets saved?

I'm a Partner. I'm not joining this channel at the same time. Do you want me to change from Partner to Channel member?
I would just stay as a partner and leave yt out of it.
Andrew has abandoned Christ in favor of the heresy of earthly Dominionism.

Easy. You remember Peter going to share the gospel with Cornelius and his household? And how the Holy Ghost fell on them even as he was still talking?
