- As requested, here's Ashes of Dreams. Never played the original NieR, but I really enjoyed this song. The jazz section at the end comes from this:

I did my best trying to figure out what's being played, but the weird notes and old-timey piano sound made it a bit difficult. Up next is either Glassy Sky or Sadness and Sorrow.

@@j-flosenpai I don't mind at all if you could make the whole piece pretty long and have a smooth ending jazz for Glassy sky it will be perfectly fine with me. I am learning a few of your pieces by synthesia since there is no PDFs. But, thanks
meaning, normal, dramatic, Loud/fast for beginning and middle and ending can be slow and jazz if you want.
or if you don't wanna do the Jazz just do what you want.

Now that I think about it, the Jazz part sounds like Fly Me to the Moon.
Yep, the chorus uses almost the exact same chord progression. I sometimes play this at nursing homes and the residents always think I'm playing fly me to the moon, it's pretty funny.
How come this doesn't have a million views? Jesus christ this arrangement is unbelievably intricate and thoughtful. Have you thought about doing the piece Skyclad Observer, or any other Steins;Gate OST in your jazzy style? i would love to hear it.
To clarify, the jazz section in this song is me transposing a part of a song from the Piano Collections album (link in description). The person requesting this song mentioned this jazz arrangement in particular because no one ever transposed it before. I'm still new to jazz so I wouldn't be able to come up with something that elaborate on my own. I can give it a shot though, maybe with Gate of Steiner? That's my favorite from that show. I appreciate you watching and commenting btw!

I'm currently about four minutes in, on the last chorus of the regular song, and I'm trying to come up with some jazzy riffs to use after that chorus. I appreciate the concern, but I'm doing good!

Sorry for the late reply, this week's been crazy. I finished a jazz section up until the final chorus, but I started using my keyboard for my club at college so I haven't been working on the cover recently. Don't worry though, I'll be taking it back either tomorrow or early next week so I can start recording again!

@@j-flosenpai honestly if you dont want the jazz you can just replace it with a Melody Focused section or just cut it in general. I honestly dont mind. I was mainly just curious and in general I really want the midi for this becuz your an amazing transcriptor and I want to practice your pieces. I actually learned your Stay Alive. It's amazing as fuck.
