when we went 5 years ago, EVERYONE said "there is meat in everything that they make there," but they were WRONG. it's a buddhist country, people! There was vegan food everywhere. We had a couple of small errors due to misunderstandings, but our entire 6 week stay was PACKED with amazing food. But- our cruise was not awesome like yours, and the food was terrible. so good job on that booking. We loved the food and people and the Mekong river delta and the south generally, though the north was really good too. Like you, we fell in love with the generosity, smiles, over the top neverending food being set in front of us, and the way the food hit- so light and settled, so flavourful and perfect in it's layers of simple tradition. Ritwik-your Mom's food is fresh in our memory though, so that's all i can think of! And Vidhi- tyou are a great presenter. Your videos are so well done with nice voiceover and great shots! A joy to watch.
