Key West Pier Underwater - Tropical Storm Eta

Go for a walk on White St. Pier while half of it is sumberged! Tropical Storm Eta pushes storm surge to Key West despite passing far west of the island. Approximately 17mph winds in this video, nothing close to what these storms are really capable of.
