3:43 Ohhhhhhhhhhhh. I understand why Saragimaru's face is black. It's because of the incident with the Tasouken, where Yaorochi attacked them with it. Because of it's ability to sever relationships, Yaorochi pretty much doesn't even know their sibling exists anymore.
I always interpreted it as Saragimaru hiding their face intentionally, since they prefer to support Yaorochi from the shadows (and the reason they're even working with Kuroji in the first place is because they were caught doing exactly that and threatened with blackmail) You're right, though, in that Yaorochi wouldn't recognize Saragimaru even if their face wasn't hidden, seeing them as just another "ordinary" Mugenri resident. Yaorochi might have some questions if they saw Saragimaru's tails, though...
If moriya shrine is a rival but still "friendily"... I think... Probably Yaorochi and Sukune Tsubakura, Yabusame and Shion would be hakurei shrine (but in len'en is Senri Shrine) In caso of moriya shrine because of the incident mass cause, i would sugest Suzumi
