I fired a doctor once for similar reasons- went to a gynecologist for a consult, was going to have surgery. He walked in, middle aged fellow, not much hair, big glasses. He didn't even look up at my face- he looked at his chart and said "So, what seems to be your problem Down There..." I said "I beg your pardon?" He finally looked up at me and as though I was a child, pointed in the general area, and repeated "You know, Down There." I got up and walked out. And then I talked to my primary care about it, and he was shocked. I ended up filing a complaint.
Yeah, I always file a complaint when my cardiologist mentions my heart or my podiatrist talks about my feet. Who do these people think they are referencing the area of the body they specialise in?
