- Ylvis asked their own little brother to sing the song "I will never be a star" in 2014. But the very first time they asked him to join them was back in 2001, at the tv-program "absolutt norsk" where he is singing about being a little brother.
The song is an old classic, made by Ald Prøysen, rocked up by Vegard, Bård and Bjarte Ylvisåker. - Комедії

Hey can anyone tell me what the song is about? I heard the words "lillebror" and "Vegard" so I am assuming it is a song they made up about Bjarte being their little brother? Thanks! :D
The song isnt made up by Ylvis, its an old song made by Norwegian composer and author Alf Prøysen, and it is about a little brother feeling sad because he cant do all the stuff the older siblings can, but at the end it speaking of all he can do that the older siblings can't do. I guess they choose this song because Bjarte is their younger brother.

thats because its an old vhs-rip, recorded at vhs in 2001, stored in a card board box untill 2014 when it was digitalized.
Vegard already looked like an old man.
