That garlic and onion sautéed corned beef also makes awesome pasta condimenti. Sautée some tomato paste alongside the garlic and onions before adding the beef. Then add whole-peeled tomatoes (smash them in the pan), bay leaf, and whatever Italian-ish herbs you prefer, and bring to a simmer for a few minutes (higly recommend a splash of whole cream at this point). Then dump in your almost-al-dente pasta and a bit of its cooking water and cook for a short time until the sauce thickens. You're welcome 😁

Damn, I miss the comfort of family. I grew up eating sumptuous breakfast (all meals), and currently surviving on toast (on rare occasions sandwich), and coffee so black, it can dissolve a galaxy. Kids dont take your parents for granted, you will realise the comfort and value of a good meal when you are living alone n working - adulting 101 from a very elder 24 year old
its the same, but I can say it's more budget friendly and heat ups much faster, based on my experience, although butane gas doesn't last very long unlike lpg which lasts for a month or nearly a month. Butane gas lasts for only 4-7 days, in my experience.
