Walt Disney World Vlog | Pre-Travel & Travel Day | LGW - TPA | Pop Century Resort | October 2022

- Join us as we arrive at London Gatwick (LGW) and fly to Tampa in Florida for our Walt Disney World vacation. We fly British Airways Economy into Tampa International Airport (TPA) then travel via Uber to Walt Disney World's Pop Century Resort in Orlando to spend our first night.
Subscribe for future videos every Saturday at 5 p.m.
It's pre-travel day as Keith, Daisy and Tracey check into the Courtyard by Marriott near Gatwick Airport's South Terminal. Luke will join the team in Florida a few days later due to an unexpected and exciting racing opportunity that cropped up at the last minute!
Travel Day dawns with predictably rainy weather so, even though it-s an 5-10 minute walk from the hotel to the South Terminal, we decide to take the airport shuttle - The Hoppa Bus - which runs every 15 minutes and costs just over £3 per person.
Once through security, we enjoy a pre-flight breakfast at the Grain Store before some last minute shopping for flight snacks. We have a great flight and a very chilled experience getting through immigration, baggage claim and security at Tampa International Airport. After an equally relaxing Uber journey we arrive at Walt Disney World's Pop Century Resort.
We locate our room and then head to the Everything Pop Shopping and Dining area for a light meal and quick look at the merchandise before getting some sleep.

We have stayed on International Drive, Universal, and several Walt Disney World Resorts. Inspired by seeing other people sharing their adventures on UA-cam, we decided to document our experiences too. When not in Florida we run our large B&B and enjoy visiting UK attractions and suporting Luke’s motor racing adventures in the BRSCC Mazda MX-5 Championship. We film on a Canon G7X Mark II compact camera and edit using iMovie.

Looks like a great time. Glad it was easy to Uber from Tampa to pop century, honestly I was a bit worried for you that no Uber/Lyft would take that trip. Glad it worked out. I needed to get from Orlando to Tampa and rented a car, but of a hassle and just about the same price. Hope you had a great trip!

Woo, another CheersEars vlog series!!! Just to add my 2 pence worth, I had breakfast at Grain Store Gatwick a few weeks before your trip and whilst a little expensive, probably one of the best full english breakfasts i've ever had that hasn't been cooked by myself 😂
We loved it and would head back there next time for sure. Food was awesome as was the service. Ohh and the coffee. Thumbs up all round
I had a hospital room like that once that overlooked the waiting room of the surgery area.
Staying there next year first visit since 2019, picked it for Skyliner loved it when staying at AOA
