First of all I wanna appreciate your work, girl you are so humble and have a peaceful vibe❤️.I watched your previous video today where you were making those mini samosas.... Just wanted to tell you an easy way of making them, as I belong to a region where it originated, you just have to make a flour + water slurry and apply it on edges of dough while folding it and for the filling you can also have some boiled mashed potatoes with some spices (red chilli powder/ paprika, salt, coriander powder, onion and some green chillies) mint and parsley mixed in it... This is how the street style somosas are made here...just try it once
