I think Bungie should make an ornament for Ace Of Spades called "Immortalized"
Or almost make the barrel look something like his horn but you instantly hey it if you have ace of spades

Cayde 6's death was one of the most painful loss in video games...
I LOVE THIS GUY❤️. He didn't go down without a fight.
Went back to Destiny, just to avenge Cayde…..
Bungie knew what they were doing, even if we lost a brother. For Cayde!

Dammit partner, why did you have to go...
@Zend0h Oh no please not if they do this i also think they will do something like he's back but something changed about him in a bad way he's not the same anymore thing
This just to heavy to listen and seeing cayde die
Well done and whoever disliked it are the scorn
Which do we hate the most.... well if I had to say it’d be ulderun and mind my words when I say this but if I messed his name up it’s better to forget and oversized prick on a platter than remember. Especially since he’s supposedly alive already.

if they dare to steal the power of Cayde, I’m going straight to the deepest hole in the moon, paving my way with my gun and kill everyone and everything of that filthy race. Till I’m gonna be right in front of all those gods maggots and make pieces of them.
RIP Cayde. A hero who will never be forgotten, a hero who loved his family even though he forgotten about them and had no memory of himself. A loving father, a good friend, and a bright person who even in dark times brought a smile to everyones faces. An Exo with more humanity than the entire human race
Rest easy hero...
Eyes up Guardian...
You will always be immortalized in our hearts...
Even tho your light has faded
We will carry ours in memory of your last stand against overwhelming odds...
I still get choked up when I hear you on the old strikes...
Hang out with our fallen Queen up there...
Eyes up Guardian...rest easy I'll take good care of Ace
I love this game. But this, THIS! Is the reason I log back in, the drive to queue back in again and again, the purpose behind every bullet shot, grenade tossed, punch thrown. Not to seek glory, not for recognition, not for prizes... For Cayde.
"[...] immortality is not the same as invincibility."
- Lord Saladin
I just want to point out: the line "I'm coming home, Ace." is a bit deeper than it seems.
As a man with a gambling problem and a penchant for getting into trouble, Cayde probably wasn't home a lot with Ace, and then Ace died. With that line, Cayde is affirming Ace's legacy with the Ace of Spades, and the word "home" probably isn't just referring to whatever afterlife exists in the Destiny universe, it's referring to being there, with Ace. With his family, who are his *home*
Thank you for coming to my TED Talk
As soon as I heard “I’m coming home ace” I shed a few tears for our fallen brother 💔
Even when Cade was basically paralysed, had no powers, no weapon, and no tricks left up his sleeve, he still looked death in the face and took one last shot “Hows your sister?” Cade was the absolute fucking best.
"I'm coming home, Ace.." Just when i thought i moved on i find this vid..Why it had to be Cayde :'(
Because Cayde was the only character who would have such an impact on the players as this.
“I’m coming home ace...” I’m not crying. You’re crying! Our universe as guardians will never be the same without you Cayde. Let us all honour his misdeeds and badass beat downs. #ForCayde ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

also poor cayde bby nooo the way you used his death scene was both touching and heartbreaking rip
Cayde's death fucked up the entire Destiny 2 community. You'll see it in the comments, that moment was the one that galvanized a very, very strong hatred for Uldren. Someone we have no actual contact with, we know he's digital, we know he isn't real. But we hate him for what happened
@@XMorbidReignX those of us who played D1 have known Uldren longer, but for most of that time he was just some stuck up asshole. Then he went and killed Cayde.
@@nucleardrake9981 Now he's a stuck up asshole living in a shipping container with a ghost named Pork pie or something like that getting filled with bullets every couple hours.

EDIT: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 1M VIEWS!!!
I'm still gaining views and receiving amazing comments for this GMV, and it's really hard to reply to each and every one of you, so I just want to say thank you so much for all the kind words. I'm really proud of this video so it means a lot to me.
It's so good! I think I've watched it like 20 times and I've just discovered this 2 days ago
Girls: *crys for a movie*
Man: *crys when cayde died*
I'm a female dog or at least it appears to be my name and I well didn't cry but I was pretty upset
My Gf in the linving room: Why are you criying so loud?
Me in my room:
To this day I go to the tower everyday to sit and comfort colonel. Then after doing that and crying for about 5 minutes I go to the dreaming city and just sit, knowing that my fireteam will never be the same due to me losing a friend I played with daily to health complications. This goes out to tribute to Jacob. Ily man
honestly, having grown up playing destiny and it having such a large influence on my life (yes, games do that when their characters are as memorable as my man Cayde) it just amazes me how I could actually cry over a fictional character's death, it was truly a heart breaking experience when playing the mission and seeing the light disperse as Sundance was shot whilst hearing ghost's and Petra's Shock/Horror as we rush to try to save him only to get there to late... I will never forget that bungie made me play that mission half blind because of my tears.
When I heard Cayde said that line.... a tear came down my eye. Damnit Cayde.... we all miss you buddy
Cayde's death was a serious punch in the gut. I still remember my 5 yr old son pleading for me to do something, anything, during the cinematic. I remember hugging him while he cried. I might have shed a tear or two myself.
Anybody else just atart crying when he said "I'm coming home, ace" and almost every other time during forsaken with cayde. especially with the messages he left everyone for ace of spades.
I think the saddest part about his messages is the fact that he never saw how much Ikora valued him as a friend, and how he thought that everyone hated him
@@paradisduciel Yeah that too...Really got me in the feels...Its so sad knowing he thought he was disliked

“I’m coming home Ace...”
*Tears start to come out*
My new favourite GMV.
And yes, I'm crying too.
this gave me some serious feels.
The game itself is beautiful because it had a great storyline... And the ending is also breathtaking for those who played it.
You just hit my feel ... Cayde will always be in our heart.
i... you legit made me cry like the first time i saw Cayde die... like, that’s really impressive...
**ow, my eye’s**
2:37-2:47 these 10 seconds man. So well edited, sends chills down my spine. I loved forsaken and all Bungie brought us. But dammit Cayde you went and left us hunters on our own.
3 days since I found this video after watching cayde die.. and now I'm hearing this while putting a bullet between uldren eyes, while crying... Loved how you blended the music and those scenes. And when cayde said "I'm coming home ace" uff my poor heart. This masterpiece deserves more love
“I’m coming home, Ace...” - will be my last words...
“I’m coming home, Cayde.”
That should be your last words. His was for Ace, our are for him
This... this describes my fireteam so completely that I don't even know what to say. How much we went through, and are going through with the coronavirus. Made me cry listening to this. Thank you.
He’s with ace now ❤️ Thankyou for this
This man has been with us since d1 and his memories will stay with us throughout d2 and forever
I actually cryed watching this video, i'm speechless...
No Guardian is truly immortal. I watched Site Six. I saw the Iron Lords fall. I died in the Plaguelands and I lay there for thirty years. The loss of my friends still eats at me.
But I look at this City that we fought for, and I see people. Children play. Adults shop. There is commerce, trade, life.
I would gladly give my life for this City. I know Cayde would've too.
That's why I'll honor his legacy by keeping this City standing for as long as I live- because as long as we remember him, he will be eternal.
Till the last flame dies.
-Warlock Ema Talahashi of the Iron Lords, at a memorial service for Cayde-6.
Just finished Forsaken after putting it off for so long and this was in my recommendation, very good job on the video!
Hoping Bungie can reach this level of emotional impact again. This was such a punch in the gut at the time 😭
Both song and Cayde are amazing and go together like it was written and sung just for him. I run to this.
Even today, after we avenged Cayde and fight the war now on the Moon..
this still breaks my heart..
And now we stand to the darkness and even as a airlock I have a burning ace in my hands. The darkness will pay.
It is truly remarkable how you are able to find songs that fit the world and events of Destiny so well...
This was beautifully done. I love cayde. I was very mad when bungie took him from me.
This is sick! I think it's popping up in everyone's recommended now. You deserve way more attention!
Cayde was and is the best vanguard leader out of all of them, I wish bungie would find a way to bring cayde back....
As much as I wholeheartedly agree, bringing back Cayde would just make the entire story of Forsaken meaningless. And then either us or Petra killed a man for no reason.
Unless they bring him back as a boss on enemy side or something . We know some enemy factions can bring back the dead at least in part(nightmares , taken etc) and it just might be crazy enough to be a thing
@@isilencer8877 you know that nokris was able to do necromancy AND revive the death,so yeah It Is possible
Bout to cry after “Im coming home Ace” i hope Ace gets resurrected as a guardian eventually
I don't think you can be resurrected twice with another ghost. I don't know what prevents this loophole but clearly the prevention is there.
The thing that makes this sad is that if i remember right. Ace doesn't exist and was just a false memory.
@@Tired7itan Didn't he had notes talking about Ace? And when Exos die its said they can use that to remmeber a bit of their past lives (though maybe that's just Tanathanaugt exo warlocks)
Yeah but im pretty sure that he didn't write the first note. As in that he found is somewhere shortly after Starting up thinking is was his
This means alot to me, personally because gamers who played D1 and played D2 when it came out have made a connection with their Guardian.
Literally I cried when he said " i comming home , Ace." 😭😭😭😭😭😭💔
I swear when caydes eyes just stop glowing i almost cry everytime
I've been watching this video every day in the week ._.
**And those days also had me kinda crying to this**
That point “I’m coming home ace” 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 that set me off like nothing ever did
i miss him deeply
words can’t describe it
Uldren was a figurative dead man walking after he killed Cayde. But now, he is literally a dead man walking
I've never cried so hard over a video game, not even when I played the story and watched him die. This video pulls at my strings. I hope to one day see you again Cayde-6...
I hope Bungie eventually looks back and realizes that where Destiny's storytelling REALLY shines is the stories that are charged by emotion. Tales of sadness and grief(Rise of Iron, Forsaken, Shadowkeep), tales of revenge(The Taken King, Rise of Iron, Forsaken), etc. is where it gets really engaging.
This GMV really sums that all up.
I love the story in Forsaken. You go down as the Guardian that lost their light, but pushed up and killed Ghaul, going down as the Hero of the Red War. You saved the universe many times, much more than other Guardians did. You are a legend. And best of all, you avenged Cayde. Godspeed, Gunslinger. You have became legend.
Regardless of whether I am a Titan a Warlock or Hunter, this is the kind of thing that keeps me fighting. Until I win or I die and I am not dead yet.
“I’m coming home, Ace” said the best and most valued Exo
When he said I’m coming home Ace that hit me right in the feels
This gmv will become immortalized
If only we were there a minute sooner,I can guarantee our characters rage seeing Uldren pull the trigger on cause would be unmatched by anyone in Destiny history
"And there will be loot!" - Cayde, it doesn't mater when.
The third time she says "We'll go down together" as Cayde holds on to the disintegrating flaming ball of death as he barrels downward, sending a cheeky so long to Petra
...beautiful stuff,man
When content creator makes a better promo than Bungie. BRAVO!!!!
I've been a part of the Destiny universe since Day 1 of D1. I gotta say, this is one of the best montage videos of Destiny that I've seen. It's beautiful. Wish I saw this earlier.
I used to be a big Destiny player this game me some serious nostalgia good job!!!
Is it depressing that this scene STILL puts me in tears?
God, this almost made me cry. Reminded me of all those great storytelling moments and the reason I played for a thousand hours.
“Legends never truly die. They live on forever in the hearts of the people”
I believe that all Guardians, old and new would return if it meant saving Cayde.
Hell, I'd do the entirety of King's fall solo to bring him back... Just to see him leaning against the scaffolding and giving us treasure maps again...
100/10 for sure man. For being so into destiny myself, this was just amazing in my opinion. Definitely made me tear up. #forcayde

Dammit cayde the greatest hunter of all time dead and he only gets a plaque his cloak and his chicken in the game as tribute we need a statue where we can pay respects to him AAAAA!!!!!!
This " I'm comin' home Ace" made me almost cry ... really nice video my friend
You know, it was Cayde-6 that made me get into Destiny. I saw him in the trailers when Destiny 2 was coming out and I was hooked. Bought it, booted it up and made and Exo Hunter. And when Forsaken came out...
Well, let's just say I was more than happy to put *him* in the ground as asked.
See you around, gunslinger. I'll never forget you. Hunter's promise.
Cayde: "I'm comin home, Ace."
First thing I'm gonna do when I see Uldren again: Put put a bullet in his chest. Then both of his knees, and then his head.
Then maybe eat a sandwich.
Wow, this is stunning! Times like these make me wish the like button was infinite!
This video made me cry a little, we miss you cayde, never forgotten, never replaced.👍

That one black screen after 2:58 should’ve been the voice of our guardian saying: Uldren Sov.. Is mine.
This is pure gold. Bungie totally should have payed for rights to use this in a trailer or something. Very well done.

Can this PLEASE be used as promotional content from Bungie? This is actually epic.
ThE DuKc I shared it to the destiny creations page on their website which is how I got so many views and comments. But I can’t get paid for this video because the content doesn’t belong to me and I haven’t been commissioned for it.
Why does this song work so perfectly for destiny and the story it has
This game gets a lot of flack at times for certain things but you really cannot fault its overall narrative as far as a game goes. I've never known a game have such a strong emotional connection between its players to its story and characters as Destiny. Genuinely still fills me with so much sadness when I see things like this about Cayde, which still sometimes feels strange considering it's not real. Beautiful video, for the greatest game we've been gifted with.
Destiny 2 is more than just a game. Its a story of guardians who never stopped fighting.
"I'm coming home, Ace"
Cayde's just been trying to get milk this whole time?
That was so good 10/10
