I've watched 3 different tutorials on this song and there's a chord that people are missing. It comes at the end of the "chorus" it's a D chord and with the capo it's a C chord. Listen to it and you'll hear it.
MPNNag unfortunately the metronome I was using in this video is no longer being updated by the developer. However, the one I’ve been using these days is called Pro Metronome made by EUM Lab. I like it a lot
