Not at all but they are very different, the P3 are a little bit limited in SPL and bass response but the clarity and naturally of the sound are amazing. The GA FM8 are great speakers, they sound very good and the response is awesome all around for such a small speakers.

If it's CDD1 really playing , why isn't the needle moving as the track goes on ? Weird ....

Yes, the Lumin is a U1 mini (just streaming transport) and goes via USB to the CDD1 using Tidal, the needle stays still in the sampling ratio that's receives from the streamer.
