I've read in your videos that you should always get some kind of training but what kind of training? can I do? I mean, what would I have to do? I'm really not as mobile as I use to be.. I have a bad back and I hip that pretty soon needs to be replaced. What do you recommend? Is there anything I can see on the internet to look at? so that I can practice??
