You have an Harmones imbalance sweety... Try seed cycling and include omega fatty acid supplements. Get rid of dairy products ASAP. Manage your sugar and stress. You will be good ☺️. Hope this will help 💗

Hi!! Whay if my hair is Grey and I need to coloured every 2 months ? How can I grow healthy hair? Also my scalp.is dry woth flakes. Try now Sebamed shampoo to see if it works for my dry scalp. Thanks you!! You have a beautiful hair. I woould like to see more videos about reviews on hair product like Olaplex.K18..other natural products
Try henna, it strengthens hair and makes it thicker and doesn't damage it at all as it is all natural. You can find lots of info about henna on Henna Sooq (not too sure of the spelling), there are lots of websites as well but Henna Sooq has a UA-cam channel with lots of videos. If you don't want red hair you can mix your henna with other herbs to make it brown or black. I've been using henna for about 18 years applying it every month because I also have some grey.
Can you share what diet you're following for your type? 1 diabetes if you're still doing high-carb vegan low fat
Yeah I will go ahead and let you know I still enjoy a lot of carbs but I have also upped my fats by eating more nuts, seeds and avocados. I also eat eggs from time to time :)
Place where you live is beauuuuutiful. You are lucky
