I play with wheel as well. And driving from third person is almost cheeting ,lines are alot easier to follow from up there

This is the most Polish landscape I have ever witnessed in any computer game :D I don't mean we have muddy roads, but houses, trees, these are very well-represented. Amazing!
Very cool too in fact. The landscape in DiRT RALLY 2.0 is simply stunning.
The same car that Ari Vatanen drove and made his co-driver say "Dear god..." when he got the tail out ;)

Yeah.. one thing to mention here though about video-games limitations in real life.. if any of those bumps & cuts would be taken like that, it could lead to many different components damaged : suspension, broken springs or shocks, rims bent, cracked or damage, flat tire caused by explosion.. in the video-game many things are possible much easy that in real life, btw i know what i'm talking i finisshed Dirt 1, Dirt 2, Dirt 3, Dirt 4.. (Dirt 5 now plays my son) but i tell this after Dirt 4, i got myself a second-hand car very well maintained (Seat Leon Cupra tuned with ~330bhp) only thing i did to it, i found some BF-Goorich rally tires (from e-Bay) and put on it but when i try some things from the game in the car in real world even on open spaces back roads, large parking lot or some old empty industrial platforms near-by places it was not that easy like similar things in the game car get's nasty, clogged, choke, spin too much so on, when in games it gets almost perfect each time.. if you boys don't trust me feel free to try out yourself in a safe environment in real world.. peace out & hoon safely !!!

@@justsomepandawithinternet OK then simulation should reflect even better the real stuff right ? so by this logic by the end of that stage we see above it the pilot should have at least 2 flats if not something else suspension /damaged..

@@justsomepandawithinternet yeah i know it is.. were did i say it isn't a game ? beside i didn't say is a bad game either, i just mentioned the fact that 'is a bit fake from reality' since is a "simulator" not just any type of game..
The Opel is insanely squirrelly. I love the couple times he gets bonked back on course by the embankment.(pro gamer move)
On this game, each car has its technique to drive.. and you know them all!!

The Opel Manta 400 is my favorite Group B rally car! I've drove that car at DiRT 3 too!

The solemn passing of 2-time GBRC champion, and Ireland Tarmac RC champion, Russell Brookes (1977, 1985, 1989 in Ireland Tarmac RC).
His best result in WRC are 3 podiums, all in his home ground, in Lombard Rally GB (1977 [3rd], 1978 [3rd], 1979 [2nd])
That very car HenrikM drives was Russell's 1985 GBRC title-winning car.
That "Andrews For Hire" sponsor paint scheme became very recognizable as Russell's signature paint scheme, even if he's part of any factory works team line-up.
RIP Russell Brookes.

Manta 400 is one of the greats
Handling the Manta 400 is serious business as group b rwd are the hardest. Its steering is unpredictable and oversteers so quick even coming out of one the car throws you in the opposite direction. Matters get worse in snow or gravel. I have seen only your video on UA-cam where u have driven it on this type of surface. Regardless of anyone I say you have skills Henrikm and you have earned my respect. Keep it up👍

Yes that steering wheel looks nice and it's probably expensive, BUT that means nothing without skill! You are one of the best, if not THE best virtual drivers i've seen... Really nice work!!

Driving the Opel Manta Group B in DiRT RALLY 2.0 is way more satisfying than driving the Group B Rally cars in EA SPORTS WRC.

Watching this makes me realize how floaty the cars are in this game. Looks like they are on ice. When he is going 100mph+ the car is slightly sideways. Simply not possible. Hopefully Dirt Rally 3.0 is the real deal with physics.
Have you ever seen groub b cars? Well they are something that doesn't fit in with "real deal physics".
