Thank you Dr. Michael Youseff for sound teaching unfortunately sound teaching is hard to come by nowadays and I agree God is as good as His Word. That is why everyone needs to study God's Word for themselves and ask the Holy Spirit only for understanding so they won't fall for the false teachings being taught today God Bless

God has never said yes, all we ever hear is no, not yet or some other lame excuse.

God's responses are always purposeful, and they are not just random "nos" or "not yets." He answers according to His divine wisdom, not to accommodate our immediate desires. As believers, we are called to trust that His timing and answers are perfect, even when they don’t align with our personal expectations. God’s silence or delay is not an indication of indifference but rather His desire to accomplish something greater that we might not yet perceive.
Secondly, Scripture is full of God saying "yes" in significant ways: Yes to salvation through Christ, yes to His promises of never leaving or forsaking His people (Hebrews 13:5), and yes to His offer of eternal life for those who believe (John 3:16). Every promise God has made to His children is a resounding yes in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20).
Finally, to assume God's answers are “lame excuses” is to diminish the reality of who He is. He is not a passive force but a sovereign, all-knowing Father. His plans transcend our understanding. As Romans 8:28 says, God is working all things for the good of those who love Him, even when we don’t see it immediately. Faith calls us to trust Him through the “not yets,” knowing His ultimate answer is always in our best interest-both for now and for eternity.
In this context, we must humble ourselves before God's will, rather than expecting Him to conform to our demands.
We're happy you stumbled upon our channel and our prayer is that you would continue to go through these teachings. We pray that God gives you an awareness of how He is working in you and around you.
