    Hi @AleksiPartanenTech , I have one question about the System Assigned way: Do I need to add something (such as App ID) in the Microsoft Entra ID? And, Do I need to add some environment variable like AZURE_CLIENT_ID, AZURE_CLIENT_SECRET and AZURE_TENANT_ID?

      Thanks for you question! System Assigned Managed Identity is created automatically when you turned it on and for many services it is already turned on by default. You shouldn't need those kind of environment variables.

    Can we use managed identity to create connection from m365 service to azure service

    • @AleksiPartanenTech
      @AleksiPartanenTech  11 місяців тому

      Yes, I think you should be able to setup that, because m365 uses Azure AD behind the scenes for identity management

      @@AleksiPartanenTech but if I need to send data from a m365 service to application insight, we need to add managed identity credentials in the sdk right. Then how this will differ from service principal
