We about to take delivery of a 2021 SEL-P next week.... only wish the R-Line had been available. Also why one earth did they get rid of the garage door functionality? That's a big convenience feature that shouldn't be excluded.
I am not sure why they deleted that option.
You can have that Homelink mirror installed.
I think the refresh of the Atlas for its price has made people forget all about the Touareg, and to be honest, I don’t blame them!
Atlas was my 2nd choice, ended up getting a Telluride and love it.
I’m looking too, can u tell me why you chose Telluride over Atlas???
the interior on the Telluride is much nicer and the exterior has a more modern look. We got a soccer mom vibe from the VW.
Well to me Atlas is much masculine mature looking car Teluride looks like a funky Escalade kid although with a upscale interior.

Is the 2021 VW Atlas sel premium RLine packages is now different? Coz the 2019 atlas rline package before, the power folding mirror, 360 view camera and park assist are all DELETED IT.
Is the power folding mirror, 360 view camera and park assist are now included as part of Rline package for 2021 VW Atlas sel premium?
Here in canada EXCELINE is the top trim level... are they both the same when it comes in RLINE package? No deleting futures when it comes to rline now?

2021 is the FIRST year that you can get an SEL Premium R-Line. In 2019 and 2020 the R-Line was only available in an SE w/ Technology and an SEL. Now in 2021, it is available in SE w/Technology, SEL, or SEL Premium.

Not like the 2019 atlas sel premium with rline package, they deleted the power folding mirror, area view/360camera and park assist.. coz i have the 2019 atlas sel premium with rline package now.

@@vwguru I ordered mine when you could still build it on June 2. Then it was gone. I think it went to special order. Mine is a 2-3 month wait

@@rawjunir I only see SEWT R-Line and SEWT R-Line 4Motion on the website now. My guess is that they do not want to create demand that they can it fulfill in the SEL and SELP R-Line models. I will do some more digging.
It is only available as special order, ask your dealer.
I have been looking for a particular VW ATLAS SEL R-Line for months and haven’t been able to scoop one up. How is it possible to order?

I know when they reduced the warranty to 50,000 mi they included two years of maintenance on the 2020s. Is that two years maintenance on the 21 and included Volkswagen package or is that just at your dealership? I didn't see anything about it online
That is from VW on all 2020, and 2021 models.
Is there a way to cover the trailer hitch if you aren't using it? Is there a trailer hitch cover?
VW doesn't have a hitch cover like GM if your referring to how it is concealed in the bumper cover. There are several aftermarket hitch plugs though.
