I wonder where these gentlemen are, they must be proud of themselves for embodying and era of SA township culture that continues to live today. Although a few authentic izikhothane exist today, we witness a depiction of the same lifestyle in present day club culture. I was about 16 around these times and now I have a deep appreciation for these guys. Including the music makers.
Skhothane’s are South African culture. The lifestyles at Moja and Konka comes from there ,half of the people that party there grew up in that era RM became Balenciaga, DMD became Versace ,Sfarzo became Gucci we are living a rebirth mara ka style sa oorkant and at a much higher level.
