Just in case of not knowing this odd fact
You can rally pokemon to get more of the same species if you rallied starter
You should find somebody looking to trade it with another starter probably
But if you have patience it can be good
Such as choosing dark flying cuz “boi! Hes one cool guy!” But realize later that he should pick fire for pvp purposes
You can rally vambat to get vambat and trade with those who have embit in store
Note: rally is only available after the 2nd gym (last when this is posted)

Deeter if you look long enough on route 2 you can run into a slugling the bug type it's hard to run into but at the same time not to hard like 50/50 chance I caught one there
