Felicia and Eric have a long over due reunion, as everyone else prepares for the baby shower for Nick and Bridget. Stephanie is still convinced that Felicia is a lesbian, but when she searches through the guesthouse she discovers the baby. Stephanie approaches Felicia and demands to know about the baby.
How come this show was 100x times wittier in 15 years ago than it is now? All the Eric / Stephanie banters, Taylor and Ridge, Nick and Bridget - really good entertaining dialogue! In Eric's wise words - now it gives me hives watching it 😂
"Everybody here is someone's ex something or another" - I live for those lines 😂 so grateful we get to watch them now!

Ok. This part of Stephanie's motherly concern is a little creepy. It's one thing trying to convince your sons not to be with someone you dont think is right for them, its another when you want to know everything that is going on with them.
That’s unfortunately very much on brand for Stephanie. One of her first stories in1987 was trying to get Kristen (her other daughter) paired up with a man because she was too close to Eric and called Ridge “the most important man in [her] life”. O_o

Oof, it’s been over 15 years and I’m still angry they trashed Nick the way they did to prop up Bridge’s viability. I wouldn’t count it in my top 5 worst stories for B&B but it’s right below “literally every story in 2021”, “Beth” and “Brooke dumping Throne out of the blue”.
Yeah bridget is an intern and just happens to know everything? yeah right.
