This is probably a weird comment to make, but I think your videos have genuinely made me a better hunter. I've been reminded of parts of my toolkit that I often forget multiple times, and when I remember these tools I improve as a hunter
What makes it worse is when u go back to older games like GU and ur wondering why the fuck am I not healing when I flick my analog and the realization of no radial microseconds before ur ass blasted
It's a little touch, but the reverb on the meme sound clips actually give them some gravitas and they blend really well with the music. Weird, but good lol

I haven't gotten that deep into rise, it's my first game, but this and the original magnamalo fight are hands down my favourites. There's just something about the near constant intense pressure that makes it so exhilarating to fight
I love Scorned but i wish he had a Dragon Element mode where his aura stayed red near the end of the hunt and all his moves did more damage and afflicted Dragon Element. The big super attack he has is great though.
I think if he consumed more elder dragons he would’ve have dragon hellfire mode. He was definitely on the verge of that form. Which brings the question on how fucked we would’ve been if his diet was completely elders and just had permanent dragon hellfire?

I am working my way through Master Rank and A1. Thank you for always providing videos of things to look forward to in this game.
An interesting little concept I’ve found is the drop “Magna Glare eye” we all know that Scorned Magnamalo has one eye missing, the fact there is Magna Glare eye implies that we take the last eye that this Magnamalo has left.
