it's good to catch up with your video's again! it's been a while for me since my health went down hill and I ended up selling all my e-boards but I'm feeling better now and started rebuilding a couple of my old !983 Honda VF750F & 1984 Honda VF500F bike's! I will be looking forward to my next b-day... I am saving up for a new board! I have just taken apart 2 identical battery packs. Bosch 18v power for all 3.0Ah. (INR 18650-30Q SAMSUNG SDI 144 Cells)
I ran all the cells with discharge refresh on my Opus.
I took out the 5 best ones and spot welded them back together. It works great’ish…
Here is the question for you.
3 of the cells were discharged to 3.2v. The other 2 cells were still in the Opus, discharging to 3.2v as well.
Well, I couldn’t wait for them to get that low, so I disrupted the discharge cycle at 3.6v.
I just used the battery for about 15 minutes on my Bosch vacuum machine, and drained the battery. Opened the battery and tested 3.2v on 3 cells, and still 3.6v on the 2 I installed prematurely.
Why will the cells not just "even out"?? Or is there a way to do this without ripping everything apart again?

Yeah, that stock thumbwheel was definitely not designed with bash covers in mind, hopefully they will revise!
