Thank you so much for this video. I just finished my first semester in a masters program for mental health counseling and while my grades were good, my emotional experience was a nightmare. I’ve become an anxious, insecure puddle of human pudding in the matter of just a few months, and I’m starting to see why. I’ve made the decision to pull out of my program even though it’s at a large local university and switch to an online school because the environment feels so hostile. Thank you for validating my acting on my feelings. So many of the examples you raised speak to what I’ve experienced but have been unable to verbalize. I needed to hear this ❤

I am so sorry to hear that! It is tough when you only have a few options! It can also add a lot of stress about your future. However, it is still possible to have a positive experience... you just gotta do some.... extra work.
I would suggest you watch this video next ( ua-cam.com/video/n49wmVfyPkA/v-deo.html ) Here I give strategies on how to deal with toxic advisors .... hopefully if not comment again and I will respond to any and all of your questions (in a much faster rate than I did this time)
Thank you for your patience and thank you SO MUCH for commenting. I really appreciate you!
