Fantastic Mam. Your way of teaching is really too good. Mam, plz clarify the below 👉 "Keeping high margin with the broker" while trading in those high pledge companies, means what ? Plz reply.
Hi Rachana, Thank you for the knowledge and simple explanation. To my knowledge "Mphasis" has clarified that they do not have any shares pledged are the same can be verified on BSE website. Please check and make the correction. Please ignore if I am wrong.
Mam your way of explaining the concepts is excellent, easy to understand. Mam my question is can we directly link with NSE or BSE without any broker and do trading. If so, can you explain the process please.

How Do I go about dematerialising them and transferring them to my dmat account? Please help.

Hello Mam, Last few days, Future Retail stock price rasing by 5% every day whereas recently promoters reduced their holding by 5.28% even they have pledged 74.90% of their price... Is it a trap for retail investors?
Mam thank u for ur time to make this vdo for us. Mam plz tell me. Practically how i start stock market for bigneers. With ur system live Plz plz plzzzzzz
Can you please explain the term Margin trading funding (MTF) and pledging ( both in Intraday and BNST trading) by giving numerical examples ..? And also as per new SEBI circular of 2020. Your videos are really helpful in understanding difficult terms in an easy way !!
Please answer this query of mine Hi If the promoter is pledging all his shares, and if those pledged shares are sold in open market by the pledgee and the price goes down drastically. Then, 1.Isn’t it benefiting for the shareholder (if the default is because of liquidity crunch) as he/she can purchase more value shares at less price. 2.Isn’t it unfair on risk reward ratio, that promoter is taking the complete risk of pledging, in case he defaults he losses all and on the other hand shareholder losses nothing (in terms of shares not monetary value). 3.can the promoter claim loss on pledged shares from the company?, if not then isn’t it unfair for the promoter? As he takes all the risk by himself and the rewards are for the company.
Hi, again a useful topic. Thanks. However I have little confused regarding the 3 options to tally the guarantee value of pledged shares. If we can balance by paying 10cr, why opt for paying 20cr to increase to the actual guaranteed value (100 cr).
Madam can u please tell me in that draft u shown 1. y there is a positive change in price of emami when pledeged shares are increased 2. Y there is negative change in share price of Ashok Leyland when pledged shares are decreased..
Hey Rachana, thanks for sharing this information. Can you share a video on DIVIDENDs with an example? Like what happens after dividends are paid. How will a person, who is new to the world of stocks, find the dividends getting paid to the shares held by him.
