I was born in 2000. How can you not know what a cassette is?😂 Maybe it all depends on the country in which you were born.On the cassette, my sister and I listened to Enrique's first songs, and then fought who loves him more. And then we recorded angry messages to my grandmother on a cassette when she forced us to drink milk😂🤦
Same here lol, we switched to cd player like in 2006
@@fede1324ee here, where is it?
@@vladislavakuzz4503 Argentina
shocking that barely anyone had seen a cassette, wow.
Maybe because when you Were born you can't remember?
Felix’s kept up with the 90’s pretty well hahahah
It is because he is Canadian. HIMYM fan will get the joke.
Felix lived that 90s life for sure 🤌🏽
You know what would make it really funny? If you made them do it in front of Roger, Nadal and Djoko. They would piss themselves laughing 😆
The divide between the 2000 kids and everyone else was so telling and just makes me so old lol
Are you guys sure Felix isn't 30? He seems like he lived through the 90s
ikr mans knows all of these.
I mean “all of these” was basically just a cassette and the player which I thought everyone knew
The 90s only reached Canada in 2001 😉
Depending what neighborhood you grew up man
@@Boymanjusri so true
as someone born in 2001, I actually feel very fortunate that I still experienced some of the things that were used/done in the 90s. We had movie tapes, cassete tapes, tube tv, the polystation. Even the tv shows for kids from the 90s were still transmiting when I was a kid...they were so much better than the ones that replaced them. The chocolate was still cheap. It was cool
Born in 2003?! Wow we are in the new generation.
People born in 2007 are in high school like bruh. In 2007 I was a couple years away from being in high school myself
Federer has been a slam champion basically his entire life
Would love to have seen them attempt putting the cassette tape into the Walkman
Watch the WTA version of this, you'll piss yourself laughing!
"That's an English beer 🍻" 😂
To be fair, I'm 31 and from Denmark as well and I don't remember those things 🤷
Lmao Korda’s been said to have the high school bully face but now that they’re showing his face so close it’s so true
Brings back so many memories! I'll always cherish my wonderful childhood memories until my last breath ❤️
Jannik😍🎾🇮🇹
Alcaraz saying beanie baby gives me life
Wow, this certainly makes me feel old. For me, cassette and cassette player (or walkman), are equally obvious as a t-shirt or table.
Jannik: What is a tape player? Me: HAHAHAHAHA! (but crying inside because this makes me feel old!)
I'm feeling old now...
So do I 😂
Love these guys!
Suddenly i feel as old,as that tape player😅
We all do, dw
Holy fcuk.... These guys are making me seem like i am from the dino era... Damn.. That hit me hard !!! Real hard on the pace with which we are moving.
these guys are so much fun
God I'm from 1997 and this made me feel old!
I’m from 96 and didn’t know what the beanie baby was lol
@@tomasdelcampo2 i got the same issue with that one but in my country they didn't exist
I was born in 1989, am I a grandpa? xD
LMAO... Watching them be so dumbfounded at cassettes is absolutely hilarious.
grandma reference to the casette jusf killed me. am i old enough to be a grandpa? 😂
I feel so old right now lol. They should've also let them guess diskettes.
And not the version 2.0 but the first version - the actual floppy disk.
They don't put Baez in this video cause he was born and raised in Latin America, some of us used some of this stuff until 15 years ago 🤣🤣🤣
yall know i love jannik to death but didnt know the beanie babies huh....
(though ill admit rune not knowing a cassette is a bit more impressive)
Funny how Rune thought the tape player was a camera "from these days" cus I have actually not seen a camera like that in more than a decade...
@@ellechim9302 yeah im pretty sure i had a kids camera that looked like that growing up but nothing even similar for at least 10 years :’)
It's kind of weird. I grew up in the nineties and I understood all the technology that came before me. This generation seems familiar only with a mobile phone and nothing else.
I was born in 1971
I watched alot of old movies listen to music watched TV
My first computer was a radio shack Tandy 1982
I had the Atari played arcade games at arcades
Played outside rode my bike
Growing up in the 80s
Cabbage patch dolls ferris Bueller's cassettes, Miami vice walkman's, CDs great sitcoms Saturday morning cartoons
I worked on many cars and trucks of the 60s 70 80s 90s 2000s. Dot Com era, 911
Evolution of the electric automobile (autonomous)
Just Imagine the next 30 years folks.
These beanie babies never made it to my country so maybe the Europeans had no clue for this reason. However, only Musetti (from both videos) seemed to know some 90s stuff. Sinner, Rune and Alcaraz(at least those two are the youngest) 🤣 are from another planet.
Holger Rube is the cutest one 🥺🤍
We used to put cassette in a radio...old days
I had a Beanie Baby Feder-bear🤣
Красава Алькатрас. Так и сказал кассета.
You know they’re young when they’re covered in spots 🤣🤣
I feel so old omg
I was also born in the 2000s I knew the cassette tape very well the others, not so very well.
Beanie baby. Reference to Mr Bean show from the 90'. I was born on 1990 :)
Lorenzo 😊😊
Korda is so cute
Do one for the WTA girls, too.
"english beer"
"My grandma" OMG I am old...
Ok, this one video single handedly made me feel OLD! Now I’m kinda depressed. Not gonna lie.
That is why we like tennis players... to play tennis.
I'm born in 2005. But, I know everything in this vedio. And I have them all in my house 😅😂
Crazy how the current gen doesn’t know what a cassette tape is. It’s one of those items that is known regardless of time. Phonographs are from way back when but we all know what it is
How do they not know a cassette 😂 prolly it's not known in some countries xD
Dudes... cassettes come from the 80's not the 90's!! CD's do... are more ninetees. Damn... i am old!
I guarantee lots of them know Cassette tape but don't know the term for it in English. So they just pretended not to know
Okay i m from the 90s so inknow all of them
C'mon man, they've seen a casette tape in pop culture - I call BS
It makes me sad to see how little most tennis fans know about the sport's history. If you ask them about the pre-open era or Bill Tilden they'll have blank faces.
So kids from north america know these better, no?
Being born in 1995 in Eastern Europe, where we are 10years behind reality feels like I lived thru all of 90ties :D
Give me a break... no way these kids are so self absorbed they don't know what a cassette is...
Musetti will rule, he is a sex symbol and his tennis is so pleasing to the eyes
But he does have a forehand that needs serious work , way too weak and lacks any sort of punch to it .
I was Born in 2003 and Thais ist frustrating to watch
Forget being terrible at Quiz's- they are terrible at Grand Slams, none of them has reached a final, let alone won it!
…they are all 21 or under
Hand them an MD and sit there till eternity
It's interesting to me how I'm around the same age (2001) as these guys but some of them haven't seen a cassette tape or a beanie baby. I guess everyone's just exposed to different stuff growing up but definitely fascinating and kinda odd to see how different things are with your peers. I was somewhat familiar with every item. Good stuff, really brings some nostalgia.
Well beanie babies are not a global phenomena. I am from Denmark like Holger Rune and I have never seen one though I was a kid in the 90s. Thats like showing Kinder Surprise figurines to Americans. They should have picked a Tamagotchi
i was born in 94 and have no fckn idea what a beanie bay was
Same; I was born just before 2000 and was familiar w/ every item and my brothers born in ‘01 and ‘02 were too. It was interesting to see USA and Canada players recognized them unlike the others. Maybe it’s just cultural lol
@@ellechim9302 yeah, I think beanie babies are more of an American cultural thing. Most of my friends here in the Philippines haven't heard of it whereas us who grew up in the Caribbean or at least near the US are familiar with it. I agree though, a tamagotchi or maybe even a gameboy would have been a better option
Maybe they will do a Tamagotchi for part 2, you never know
I was borm in 1983 and I never ever heard of beanie babies 🤔
I barely remember the 90s because I was pretty young, but I definitely had all of these items. I always had to hide my cassettes so my little brother wouldn't rip the tape out!
The way Carlos said Beanie baby 😂💜
This is incredibly weird to me. I'm 76 years young and prize my 600 records as these are in pristine shape and many are older than Rod Laver' mostly progressive Jazz, blues. folk, classical, and bluegrass. I'm curious if these fellows dads' are even old enough to remember this music and in vinyl yet.
Holger is so cute
Some times you should think that "kids these days" dont even watch TV or movies from different times. If they did then they would know what most stuff is. Like every damn 80s movie has a freaking casette tape... I was born in the 80s but I still know what was popular before that because I watched movies from those times. I think it is harder to know new stuff because everything is changing so fast and new things come and go. Like I dont know half of the "popular" apps people talk about. I just pick the ones I like and stick with them cus I dont feel like I need anything else. Maybe thats why the current generation does not know about the past - cus they are too busy adapting to the present.
I was born in the mid 80's and I agree with you. Gen Z is simply not as exposed to older stuff the way we were, and they are not interested in older stuff the way we were. I guess that's also why they have almost no clue about these items. I get the feeling that our generation was more involved in older stuff as well because maybe we did not have so many distractions everywhere as these kids have now. Internet takes a lot away and I don't see these kids watching movies or listening to music with their parents they way we maybe did, for example. Seeing as how now the parents are just as distracted by modern gadgets as the kids are, this situation does not surprise me. Sociological studies revealed that Gen Y people have much more in common in terms of values and life in general with Gen X then they have with Gen Z. Gen Z are more often embarrassed that their parents have Facebook, more so then Gen Y kids were of their parents coming to their school every now and again.
Young professional tennis players are probably not the best representatives of their generation in this regard. They've had to spend their childhood training tennis exclusively to get here. FAA seems to be closer to normal in this way.
Do the tamagotchi for future episodes!
Korda, the brains of the operation over here lol
Where are the argentineans?!?! It would help to see the Baez and JM Cerundolo doing this type of videos. Or any other young player outside Europe and USA and Canada
I think they were touring the South America Challenger when the video was made. Other guys were in Europe
Argentina represent
Just realised I am old
What is the link for the one where they are trying to guess what a floppy disk is? Or the name of the video .. Thanks.
I was born in 2002 and I thought everyone knew what a cassette was
Rune is a ray of sunshine
Holger Rune - english BEER 2:42 I almost died
Damn, I feel old!
Korda doesn't have an American accent at all
Cassettes are really old.. by the 90's cd players were out and I'm guessing if these player's parents can afford to send them to tennis camps they probably switched to CD players early in the 90's.
i didn't realize that i am only like 1 year younger than the youngest ones... for some reason i thought they were in their 20s or something lol
I remember everything except for the beanie babies (I'm from 98).
well😁 it was pretty scared to understand how old we all are 🤭thx, atp tour, next time try to show them punched cards
crazy how im the same age as these guys...i only knew about the cassette tape 😅
Sadly Felix and Jannik pull out
I'm born in 1999 and this made me feel old lol
I feel old 😫
I feel so old lol.
A cassette tape? And they didn’t know what it was? That’s f’d up. That’s like me not knowing a Victrola
I was born in 2006 and I know most of 90s thing of my Country
In my country 90s and early 2000 kids know everything same
In all fairness, most people switched from cassettes to CDs in the late 80s or close to 1990. Cassettes are really an 80s item.
The last car to have a cassette player was made in 2009-2010.
Being born in 1998, this certainly makes me feel old!!! 🥲😝😖
Age is all relative, the soul/spirit, is never born, or dies.
You are 23 for God's sake...you are so young.
