'I'm gonna show you God does exist'... Proceeds to walk into a bullet without flinching and roundly thrashes his attackers. The kind of moment only a straight 90's action flick can pull off. This movie is just great, and is in my humble opinion, part Of Nicolas Cage's holy trinity of 90's action flicks... which also includes The Rock and Face/Off.

Anything Disney related, even just slightly particularly has the corporate stench (but they've always had that, but now more so) but films seem to have it too, especially when your reach the 9th movie in an already dead franchise.
John Cusack has the most endearing and lovable yelling voice. He's just one person that I could listen to yell at people all day. I can't even say that about Al Pacino to be honest.
I'm immediately reminded of the scene we first see Cyrus. The one where he steps on the ground each foot in slow motion while his crimes are read by Larkin offscreen.
@journeymanX i agree i always love the guitar thing on movie soundtracks. this are my favorite movie themes: Hans Zimmer (Days of thunder), Trevor Rabin( Con Air, Armageddon, Speed, etc), Harold Faltermeyer & Steve Stevens (Top Gun, beverly hills cop). the darlington/victory track on the days of thunder movie is almost similar to trevor rabin's con air theme
the first part of this awesome theme played when the cops were escorting Garland "The Marietta Mangler" Greene!! hahaha He's got the whole world in his hand, He's got the whole wide world in his hands!! epic hehehe
