I’m interested even though chiefs or owners that sell lands can be scambags and there’s challenges in buying a land in Ghana especially a beach one. I’m still willing to take the risk and invest in it by buying a few acres. Just gotta be vigilant and avoid any mistakes
at least check the land registry in Ghana first to see if the sellers name is there and that they have permission to sell the land to you as legitimate owners of the land before you part with any money
