Uhg me too!! I ended finding out it went to my manager when I originally started back in 2020! Soooo I'm not as frustrated knowing she is a great fit, but still aggravated with the outcome. Now to wait for my next opportunity ooorrr just wait out the next 5 years until my degree is finished 🤪
@@RebeccaABeaudoin I work for a HUGE, fortune 5, company. I’m one of about 450,000 employees. Every posting for an opening is like Thunderdome. You could, easily, apply for 100 open spots and never even make it to the interview. 🤯🤯🤯 Would you ever move to a new department?
Oh damn! That stinks!! Thankfully it isn't at that point yet for me, but it can feel that way. I'd definitely consider it!! As much a I like being an expert, a new department/team/challenge would be nice
