I recently did my Master's in Education from the same University from England, in which she has studied, University of Worcester. While I was in the admission process the University admission officer gave me her instance of getting educated from this University. Journaling is when u write about your day ur feelings whereas, scripting is when u write about your dreams as if they have already happened

Journalling is generally where you put your thoughts , impresions post meditation , you sit in silence or even when you get messages in your dreams . you note them down as soon as you wake up . Scritping is where you consciosly create affirmative sentances and write them down on a regular basis . details are given in the next video :)

One you are saying that think once and leave it don’t be desperate . But the second you are saying that think everyday that you are living that moment . What to do ?
when you think and leave it , its with trust and faith that its going to happen. you can also give it energy everyday lovingly . Energy flows where attention goes . the only thing is desperation should not be there . for the first one , you have to have a very strong trust , faith and belief in the universe which most of them dont have and hence nurturing everyday is a good option :) hope this helps

What is poc pod . Can somebody please explain
A proof of concept (POC) is a demonstration of a product in which work is focused on determining whether an idea can be turned into a reality. A POC's goal is not to seek market demand for the concept or choose the best way to produce it. Rather than focusing on building or developing the idea, it tests whether the idea is feasible and viable. In addition, it enables those involved in the proof-of-concept exercise to explore its financial potential.
Atcually its a part of the clearing statment from Access Consciousness . You can find more information on their website . it basically clears the enegries of the limations that we unconsciosly create and hold on too . it changes the energies . This is also taught in the Access bars one day class :)
