Well it is just not sensible to extend airport express and public transport services to the third terminal. First of all, if they were to be extended, they would lie INSIDE the RESTRICTED AREA. Secondly, there is no such thing as saturation of public transport services, you can always increase the FREQUENCY of those public transport. Of course, it requires a lot of money and man power but it will sure be much cheaper than building a new and independent airport. Thirdly, making the third terminal as an independent airport would be very unwise, as building a new airport means more infrastructures and systems needed to ensure the full and safe operation of the airport. Moreover, having a new airport right next to an existing airport means the airspace will need to be re-allocated as the airspaces of both airport will pretty much be on top of each other, this could take years of consideration. well time equals money, haha, the people spent years on this project and I believe they know what they're doing. And, passenger comfort is always put into consideration of the airport terminal design. Having a rail transit between terminals is already the best way we can now accomplish to cater for the safe, quick and modern way for passenger comfort. And again, you do not extend the public transport lines and let's say you do, would there be enough passengers to make those lines profitable? hey, and look for the taxi drivers, they rely on the influx of passengers, why would they not go to the taxi stop at terminal 1 where most passengers are? CONCENTRATING THE DEMAND AND NEED OF BOTH CONSUMERS AND PROVIDERS IS ALWAYS THE SMARTEST WAY TO ACHIEVE A HARMONIOUS EQUILIBRIUM. Last but not least, think it through haha. I do realise it this not the best design, but it meets the needs so thats good

你跑道都未起,边来资格同深圳倾空域。即使划咗空域比香港,以香港佬基建速度,彻底回归(2047)前都未必起得好,到时深圳可能都有4跑。况且广州飞航情报区迟早吞并香港飞航情报区,空域唔会有问题。

羽田機場的四跑道是呈井字型,南北向兩條,東西向兩條,一般使用南北向,側風過大才使用東西向,不會四條一起使用,如過機場的風向穩定,不會蓋十字或井字型跑道。
机场大小又不是只看跑道数量。。美国不少根本没有商业航班的通用机场有三四条跑道,只能起降轻型飞机
