Considering the equipped lifting he has done in sanctioned powerlifting meets, it is clear that he is very very strong. Taking into account the crazy weights he has done equipped, I wouldn't say fake weights but it would be awesome if he can do the 800 pound raw head to head with Maddox 😃

This is very illuminating ... his event lifts are all equipped and he's barely breaking 800 pounds in competition.
She would be nice to see that done in a sanctioned meet. However very impressive if it is indeed 804. You are truly a beast! In your heart you may be first in line to do it. Only you and your team know.

World record equiped is now 1400 pounds and world record raw is 770. Julius Maddox can play with 600. This guy is no better than Larry Wheels in his prime and Larry was 285 with a 900 plus deadlift and 850plus squat . This guy will not be the first raw 800 presser. No way
People are so eager to make excuses. Iran is not some backwater in the middle of nowhere, it's an oil rich country. The fact that it has well equipped gyms should tell people what they need to know on that front. Iran has a women's powerlifting team. Think about that. There are sanctioned meets in Iran, but Zamani could have lifted in Russia or one of the Gulf states with no visa. Peiman Maheripourehir trains with Eleiko plates. Iran has had several studly special Olympics weightlifters, where bench is the only contested lift, so the idea that Zamani could not get anyone with a knowledge of bench calls to verify his lifts is laughable.

Almost certainly fake. Look at how the weight is moved side to side. How fast he pushes 340kg++ from the chest, it is unpresedented.
Also - see the red plates that look like they are spray painted, and the red color is off.
It's the same plates he used when he did equipped benching and completed years sgo. Why wasn't it fake when? Or when he squats or deadlifts? Peiman uses the same plates as well when deadlifting 1000 plus. Also he now uses rouge calibrated plates.

I'm amused, like many smartasses here who continue to claim the weights are fake. It's probably a reference to Julius Maddox. Are his weights real? Come on, just stop it. Julius wanted to be the first person to push 800 lbs. He hasn't done it and he never will. Danial is even over it. Danial is the strongest in the world and is the only person on the planet who has the ability to push 400 kg.
