Both Hermes Kelly bags are in the hard leather epsom, sellier style, and I find it interesting to compare the different sizes both in the same leather as the capacity of the bags changes depending on the leather type. Both bags have been bought in 2021 in the Hermes store.

I would try getting a bag shaper/organizer for the misshapen Kelly. It may help hold the shape and force it to flatten it again.

i think i've seen some videos of people undoing anti-deformation with vapour, but i'm not sure it would work on Epsom leather.. it does work on Chanel bags though

Hmmm that’s a hard one. I would say 28, as you can wear if both everyday and night (without the strap, makes it more elegant).
