@@saravenkat1582 1.home made drink 8am to 10am 2.lunch any veg no limits but no root veg,no rice,no dal only pacha parupu that too spourted pacha parupu can tak 1 cup,Greek yogurt,rasam1 cup,5almonds,no milk,can take panneer,cheese too,checku oil only hav to use no refined oil,half an walking,will sleep soon...2 times afternoon n nite same like that take...mrng no food.only drinks evening also wil hav home made drinks 4 to 6...weekly once wil have food one time. intermittent fasting...

Daily take 1 & half soup spoon full of tis paste mix it with one litre water,one karadi apple cider vinegar,one lemon mix it n drink 8to 10am.same like tis mix it n drink it for even 4 to 6. Evening must walking atleast 1/2 hr..do tis strictly for a month.max 7 to 10kgs can reduce...then weekly once if possible tak one time meals ..
