You can use NWC, NWD and NWF depend on the license you have. Navisworks Manage support all but Navisworks Freedom support NWD only.

I exported as NWC but when when I'am Updating my Revit model and refreshing the file in navis work it is not updating, what is the best file format for working (NWC, NWD , NWF)

Sir i cannot see the nwc option in export ,
