1998 with the orchestra was my personal favourite of ECs run of shows, absolute perfection, especially acoustic Layla! Thanks so much for uploading this gold.
1:27:00 I Shot The Sheriff solo, utterly fantastic-and it’s lovely to see his daughter dancing along. This is what you’re looking for in a recording like this. Thanks so much!
Great memories of this show ! I bought tickets to 2 of the 3 shows at MSG. This show & the next night !! I recorded it on my sony cassette recorder, but to see it on video is Fantastic ! Thank you guys for putting this together so professionaly !
I've watched so many of his concerts on UA-cam that I'm out of words now. I especially loved the groove they had here. *_I Shot The Sheriff solo was so groovy and innovative. The beginning of the solo was beautiful!_* Ain't I head over heals about this man!😊
Thank You!!! Killer stuff. One of the few EC tours I missed since the 80s. Interesting how a few of the Pilgrim cuts here are more laid back than other shows on this tour, particularly the Canadian leg.
39:24 what a closing electric solo! She’s Gone is a great blues-rock song. So fun to see how much that guitarist (Alan Darby) digs Clapton’s playing. Dude is having a blast! EC is in Murder Mode
Couldn't agree more. She's Gone is awesome! (was always awesome during the live gigs we used to have!) Alan Darby is no slouch either. His 'Hardly Ever Do' with Eric is top notch :)
though i am more partial to his grittier less pop-oriented shows, this is still a fantastic concert and a very well produced upload too! enjoying it immensely, more than i thought i would. thank you for the dedication and hard work to archive this great musician and performer !!!
Downhill Phil M. This show has the gritty stuff too. I get what you mean though, the orchestra does lend a polish-y feel, but his guitar gets very gritty for the blues parts. His 1998 tone in particular is one of the harshest he ever used, in fact. Old Love, Crossroads, Have You Ever-all in a row! Very hardcore
EC! Great sound! What a concert! What a career! 50 years plus and still going. Thanks! Now it might be done because of the damn Pandemic which has killed the concert business. Who knew something that crazy would happen and wreck everything. No one predicted this garbage.
❤ Eric is not God but in my book he is second his music helped save me from myself. I never heard my father's eyes sober I don't remember it. Shameful but true. That's why I love this man's music it was like I wrote it about me. I listen to Holy Mother daily. Keeps me grounded. Thank you Eric ❤ Forever Fan ❤
Greatly appreciated. If you could only post the stuff in at least 720p. 480p is a sucker on anything bigger than your phone. And I never watch videos on a phone. cheers

God, that bend by Clapton felt like an police siren. Great stuff.
Thank you for sharing this! :)
I saw this concert. It was awesome. ‘She’s Gone’ is a very favourite of mine.
1:11:48 woof! Stellar ending of Crossroads, right into Have You Ever Loved A Woman. EC Blues!! A++

Fantastic. Loved it when Eric goes for it like that.
MultiClapton I live for the times he cuts loose

I love how Nathan sees Ruth and jumps just to make her even more idyllic. Just adorable people ❤

POWERFUL!!!
Great moment when we see Eric's daughter Ruth having a dance during " She's Gone".
Boogie-ing away from the outset! haha Next to Lee
Un de mes meilleurs guitaristes....
Clapton et j'adore aussi Mark Kophler

Belle musioue mais, affreusement filmée. Je donne un pouce baissé. Je passe à la vidéo suivante. Salutation.
Alan is definitely better than Eric wish he would’ve let him solo on crossroad
