sorry this may not be related to the video but for the 30 markers in sociology would it massively effect ur mark of u forgot to link to the item? i just sat my paper and though i did link it to the question i cant remember if i quoted the item enough 😅
Generally I would say to my students to use the item twice in a 30 marker. Once in the intro and maybe one other time depending on how useful the item is. It won’t have a massive effect so don’t worry too much - I’m sure your essay was good!
In terms of arguements that sociology is value free, there aren’t really any more. Most of the arguments (and exam questions that have come up on this in the past) are focused on how sociology is NOT value free. If you wanted to end this argument you could discuss case studies such as Durkhiems study of suicide, the sociology as a science debate or examples of methods which can be used to achieve value freedom/ objectivity.

What does value laden mean?
Includes bias, subjectivity, personal feelings. Essentially it’s not objective.
