OBS 2022: Award Winners

Tailwind Group's Annual Operations & Budget Summit (OBS) took place April 2022 in Mankato, Minnesota. Over 25 managers from 12 different states joined the corporate staff for three days of training, team building activities, and an award ceremony. Team Awards include Top Resident Relations, Best Rent Collection, and Best Turnaround Property. Tailwind Group's Signature Awards Living the Difference and Century Chasers were awarded to multiple sites this year. Individual awards include Property Manager of the Year, Maintenance Professional of the Year, Newcomer of the Year, and more.
