To fit in time with the release, the game isn't totally finished, per se. The main story and stuff? Yeah, definitely, but they still have some backer rewards for the game to fulfill, and they may be adding stuff like cutscenes that were originally cut for time like this according to Summitsphere.

im guessing that this was supposed to be the satan cutscene for freako dragon’s boss fight similar to how jewel ghoul has one (possibly cut for not having the anton and annie voice lines ready) make me wonder if there was one for ring a ding
Judging by the name of the machine Satan was playing on, I'm assuming this was a boss intermission before fighting Freako Dragon. So Jewel Ghoul wasn't going to be the only boss with an intermission.. I wonder why they scrapped it then?
This looks like a cutscene before the boss battle against freako dragon or ring-a-ding. My bet would be freako dragon because Satan was playing something with freako on it. Is this something that didn't get added yet to the full game or left out entirely?

Kind of sad this was left out of the game.
I mean besides the obvious haha booty joke, the animation seems a bit stilted compared to the other intermissions.

I think they do plan to add more pre-boss cutscenes in an update since they weren't ready for launch
I wonder why this was cut from the Freak-O Dragon boss. It would've been consistent to have some Satan intros all big three bosses like Jewel Ghoul.
Honestly it would have been fun, I do think Ring-A-Ding would have to buck the trend however (since well, you have to ring them first.)
