- Hello everyone! if this is your first time watching my videos, welcome! Today, I wanted to share my experience with the Hermes Spa. Indeed, I have recently sent my Kelly Wallet and one of my Kelly 35 for repair and thought I would share my experience with you guys. How much was the wallet
Hi there. I have a Hermes Toolbix in Grany Green that is discolored and has a faded area with a beige color stain on it. I bought it from Fashionphile so I do not have the original Hermes receipt. Do you know if Hermes will be able to redye that stain back to the Grany Green color and will they do it if you are not the original owner? Also Im close to LA. Is there a Hermes spa in LA where I can drive and drop it off myself? Do you have an idea on cost for a touch up color match for the stain? Its about the size of a thumb print. Thank you❤
I would bring it to the store, some stores have Spa or they can at least give you some directions on what the price would be. It shouldn’t matter that you’re not the first person to own the bag/wallet.
