On quarts I only fill 1/2 way maximum even pre soaked & pre boil! That way they don't boil out. Plus let alone for least 40 minutes before opening the canner! I been doing boston beans for some time and you still run into issues. 1/4 cut on pints maximum. You have a really good channel it's always something to learn from you. Thanks
My family love my bake beans, very similar to your recipe. Because of you and a few other people on you tube I have started fermenting. I cant wait to try canning still saving for a pressure cannier.
This is how I make baked beans. I'll continue my search for pork and beans then. Glad to know I can can baked beans though pretty awesome. Keep doing what you're doing.
Thanks for the video on the pork and beans! I will be making them soon! I just made BBQ sauce from the new Ball canning book with a few little changes and I love it! I didn't make enough changes to effect the results other than to adjust to our taste! I LOVE canning! I also love the live chat with you four ladies!
Thanks Linda, I am getting ready to do Pork and beans this week....also want to try to can Boston baked beans from my Grandma's recipe. Going to try Pulled Pork ...hubby is smoking Pork shoulder tomorrow...Love your canning videos.
Those look so good! One of my favourite comfort foods is canned beans over mashed potatoes and I bet home-canned would be a zillion times better! I don't eat pork so instead of bacon, I'm thinking maybe some smoked turkey for that smokey flavour! I'll try as soon as I get myself a new canner!
Thank you so much for this tutorial, every gal needs a great bean recipe. 😉 and I am stealing yours.. love all of your videos, thank you so much for all of your time and hard work
I am canning my jack daniels pork & beans while watching you can your pork n beans up LOL Tis that time of year when one finds out they ran low on their canned beans XOXO Happy Canning (Was fun canning right along with you while I was doing mine up)
"Wow! Linda when you don't know much about canning this video, you made showing step-by-step is great! I also like the encouragement you give in your videos to at least try something new, for that I apologize 👏👏👌!💕💖💕💖💕
Could you do a video on making ghee/clarified butter & canning? I love your videos! I started canning after I watched your chicken canning video around 2 years ago. Thank you for all your videos and information!
Cami Thomas ...I have a set just like these that I got at Pier1. They have roosters on the handle. I will say though that they are not level on the bottom, so they won't sit on the counter which causes your measured product to spill out....and the metal is kinda flimsy. Of course...that is just my observation....and I still use them because I'm googoo over anything Chicken!
Linda, thanks for the information on the Brown Sugar keeper, I just ordered it. Also, what is the importance of 1" head space. I usually get the 1 inch but most of the time a little more.
Miz Linda, I'm about to put up a crap load of pork shoulders I've had in my freezer for years, vacuum sealed. It's time to clean the chest freezer out, and I have just started canning meats. Can you give me some ideas of different ways/recipes I could make to can, using my pork? Thanks, In advance, and I think you sound like you are from maybe the U.P.? I like your accent.
Linda, you put the raw pork into the jars then shut and closed the lid on the brown sugar without washing your hands - please don't forget to sanitize the outside of the sugar container and lid to avoid contamination. Thank you for this recipe demonstration! 👍🏼. It's very much appreciated!
Linda thank you for bringing back you canning items versus you vlogging it and cutting out the canning!
I finally was able to make these. They are awesome. Just the way we usually make them when we have to doctor up the store bought. Yum yum.
Thank you Linda for showing us your awesome canning skills. You really make a difference!

Linda I'm admiring your measuring cup for the brown sugar. Do you have a link for where I could find some like it? Thanks!

Where do you find the large container of molases?
How many cups of beans goes into the jars?
Linda can this be made in pint jars...if so, do I just use 1/2 cup beans in each jar...also how many minutes please. And ty
Estelle Butler use 1/4 cut in 16 oz jars.
linda were you crying at the end of this video? you looked upset but the beans looked great!😍
Do you soak your beans ??

Im sure she washed the lid of the canister. If you've watched her videos shes VERY CLEAN and SANITIZE 'S everything!
Linda can I ask is that raw bacon? do you not cook it first?
Could onion and garlic be added to the sauce and still be safe to can?
Pamela Hartley in the recipe in the ball blue book there is onions. You could add garlic powder without hindering the safety.
What if we don't have homemade tomato sauce
I love you
not 1st😂
