I know this...the one who broke yar heart, yar soul, stripped what good youz might have left in ya...well the best remedy for a time such as this isn't just soft some soft hearted inner reflection time, you need to find or reconnect to yur first loves in yer life in other ways. Your family, your hobbies, your talents all are a part of what makes ya who ye relly arr. The people you love intensely with all your vigor are also human beings who make mistakes as we all doo.
