They got phones in dayroom in A yard @ Wasco. They have video court at the orange county jail too when you go to court. You have the ordinary court where you see your public defender and judge and video court where you see the judge through a video call.
Vista county has video calls that are scheduled. You need a pin number you get after a few weeks, which means after court dates. Day room is usually split. He was lower level so I'm sure there's more day room time. Lie after lie from that guy.
