It's crazy how much music can do. I've been having really bad panic attacks the last few night(as someone with generalized anxiety disorder). I decided I wasn't going to give into it tonight and try to calm myself.. I thought music would be a good idea. This is the video I went to. It started calming me down and distracting me immediately. Just felt like sharing that, chill music is the best.
