There is more to this music than just sounds. I almost cried thinking about all of this beauty being stripped from my African Ancestors. The colonizers knew that if we could hear this poweful music and our drums and chanting for the Motherland they would have been too powerful to contain. I really feel the Ancestors with this one. I don’t do drugs, no disrespect to those who do. But I feel sensations deep within my body while listening sensations underneath my skin. Like a deep spiritual cleansing, a little pressure on my chest, something in my stomach. Like a fixing of some sort. The energy feels good to my body. I feel protected. I feel lifted. Peace. Thank you 💜

Absolutely profound. Did anyone else connect with their ancestors during this meditation? The ancestors shared that for us, the bloodline of the Black race, to truly come into our self-love, we must embrace and accept this part of ourselves fully.

I've been feeling so lost trying to stay connected to my ancestors while not being demoralized by his current culture of the world. All I want to do is carry on the Goodwill and good works staying close to the most high as a child I was very spiritual dreaming things before it happened it seems like something is attacking me through my spiritual gifts in my heart.
