Would the 150 exc be a good first or second bike for a 14 year old

You know it could be if they are a fairly serious rider, but its a ton of bike for the average 14 year old

I have a little bit experience on a bike without clutch and a good bit of experience on a quad but that's it I was just wondering bc I'm 14 going on 15 in a few months and are about 65kg and stand about 6ft tall
