Look at Rockauto I found fender liners less than $20 , may not be factory parts.

Bro, just get Meguirs heavy duty headlight restoration kit. It comes with sandpaper, a drill bit polisher, and clear coat protectant

Any competent auto salon should be able to fix those headlights. Shid, you could do it yourself if you feel like it and have the right tools.
