Anyone who thinks that having a law, will stop criminals from have a firearm at any age is just not paying attention. Putting criminals in jail is the only way to stop crime.
I love when they argue that they can be imprisoned for owning a weapon that is lesser than they can legally, forcefully, be drafted too use at the same age...
@@moneyblue8466 WRONG! There are thousands of gun laws in the U.S. between State and Federal. The real power in the criminal justice system rests with prosecutors. But the socially liberal voters are replacing old-school hard-line prosecutors with activist prosecutors that encourage lawlessness by not prosecuting entire categories of crime; eliminating cash bail; refusing to add sentencing enhancements for gun crime; releasing hardened, convicted felons from prison; and declining to prosecute violent juvenile offenders in adult court.
There are extremely few things the MO AG has done that I agree with, but this is right. The ordinance violates state and federal law and would not have prevented the union station shooting as the perpetrators were already violating existing laws. The ordinance is the city pretending to do something that they know accomplishes absolutely nothing.
Once again... we know better, they say! The laws on the books didn't seem to matter to these that acted out at the parade... so what we need is more laws for them to ignore... ok... seems legit... How pathetic to use that tragedy to try to move an agenda forward!!
Weird, somebody said that was gonna happen. It's better to look like you did something rather than work to fix the problem. It's better to look good than to feel good.
Typically misleading -- simply defending gun rights isn't choosing guns over people. Andrew Bailey is correct on this one, without probable cause you can't treat people, even teenagers ,like they're criminal suspects.
Try prosecution of criminals with guns instead of being the previous prosecutor that let everyone go
18-21 are not juvenile
18 is old enough to fight with a gun for the government. So it won't fly. Shall not be infringed
That’s a violation of the 2nd amendment and these traitors need to be in jail for treason

How about enforce the laws on the books already. Arrest those that have illegal guns.
💯
There are no illegal guns . There are people that commit crimes with guns .
I haven't heard on good plan to take weapons out of criminals hand just going after law abiding citizens is ignorant and arrogant BS.
Pound sand - we the people
Those thugs at the parade didn't buy those guns
Leave the gun laws alone. We do not need more of them. Thank you Frank and Andrew!
We definitely do

Like this stupid law will stop the criminals

Criminals will ALWAYS get a gun no matter what the law says.
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED

How were the guns, used in the Chiefs parade shooting acquired? Were they stolen or legally purchased by the thugs?
I was carrying one in Vietnam at that age.
You cease being a juvenile at age 18. You're an adult, legally anyway. Either they are juveniles until 21, or they are not. Make up your minds.
So what country you live in?

How about prosecuting people that are trying to violate people's constitutional rights
These democrats just won't leave the people alone and prosecute true criminals....
